Kubernetes Config Generator

Generate a ready-to-apply Kubernetes Deployment and Service manifest. Enter your app details, choose a service type, and copy the YAML into your workflow.

Review the manifest and adjust resource limits, probes and namespaces before applying with kubectl apply.

How to Use

  1. Enter your app name, container image, replica count and container port.
  2. Choose a service type: ClusterIP, NodePort or LoadBalancer.
  3. Press Generate YAML to build the Deployment and Service manifests.
  4. Press Copy and save the output as a .yaml file, then apply it with kubectl.

Key Features

  • Deployment plus Service — generates both manifests in one document.
  • Name sanitising — app names are cleaned to valid Kubernetes resource names.
  • Three service types — supports ClusterIP, NodePort and LoadBalancer.
  • 100% private — runs entirely in your browser; nothing is sent or stored.

FAQs

How do I apply the generated YAML?

Save it as a .yaml file and run kubectl apply -f filename.yaml against your cluster. Review resource limits and namespaces first.

Which service type should I choose?

ClusterIP exposes the app inside the cluster only. NodePort opens a port on each node. LoadBalancer provisions an external load balancer on supported clouds.

Does it set resource limits?

This generator produces a minimal scaffold. Add resources, probes and environment variables to suit your workload before deploying to production.

Is my data sent anywhere?

No. Everything runs entirely in your browser and never transmits or saves your entries.
