FAQs
How many degrees are in a radian?
One radian equals 180 divided by pi, about 57.2958 degrees. A full circle is 2π radians, or 360 degrees.
What is a gradian?
One hundredth of a right angle: 100 gradians equal 90 degrees, so a full circle is 400 gradians. They are sometimes used in surveying.
What are arcminutes and arcseconds?
An arcminute is one sixtieth of a degree and an arcsecond is one 3600th of a degree. They are used in astronomy, navigation and optics for measuring tiny angles.
Is my data sent anywhere?
No. Everything runs entirely in your browser and never transmits or saves your entries.
